Oh man, that was an awesome birthday weekend!! Rib platter on Friday, delicious bistro eats on Saturday, Prime Rib from the Keg on Sunday and MORE STEAK on Monday at a BBQ at my brothers. Weeeeeee!

Now, on to the fitness update: between extravagantly fatty meals I managed to do some gardening this weekend...wooo? On a more athletic note my most amazing mother bought me a new road bike (Giant, defy) so I can get back into the triathlons! My bike was stolen off of our property a couple of years ago and I have been fairly lazy since.

I just finished the fit test and guess what?! I'm not so fit!
And the results are......

Pull Ups = 0.1 that's correct, I was able to complete 1/10th of a pull up.. to failure. The crowd cheers!!!
Vertical Leap= 8 inches
Push Ups = 10 (normal ones)
Toe Touch = -2 inches (2 inches away from touching my toes)
Wall Squat = 64 seconds
Bicep Curl = 15 curls with 15lbs
In & Outs = 35
Heart Rate Max = 162 immediately, 108 min1, 84 min2, 80 min3

P90x to start tomorrow, or maybe a bike ride? I'm pretty excited to take my new bike out.
